RETURN POLICY:

We stand behind all of our products, and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we require that the item be returned within 14 days of original receipt. Returns must be in saleable condition (HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED), with all original tags attached. All sale items are FINAL SALES and therefore, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
 

SHIPPING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Please note: Thread Adventures is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.

 

REFUNDS:

Once Thread Adventures has received your return, we will credit the original credit card account within 14 business days.

 

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS:

We accept Amex, Visa, Discover & Mastercard.

 

PROCESSING ORDERS:

We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner. Orders received Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within three business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within the next three business days.

 

MODIFYING ORDERS:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can return or exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.
 

SALES TAX:

Thread Adventures is located in New York state; therefore, all orders placed within New York will be charged sales tax. All orders placed outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
